Chef Paul Finnegan trained at Ashford Castle and created our lunch menu. Our food is cooked to order, and dishes use the finest seasonal, locally sourced produce available daily. Our fish is Irish and caught sustainably where possible. Our meat is from Frank Doyle and only the best from Irish farmers.
We use organic fare when we can. Everything is lovingly made in our kitchen. We proudly support local Irish artisan producers and serve good homely Irish food. Finnegan’s provides a table service throughout for food and drinks.
